Clinical Interests:

I provide therapy services to both adolescents and adults. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and relational issues. I specialize in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and am listed as a recommended provider by Postpartum Support Minnesota.

Clinical Approach:

I enjoy meeting my clients where they are at, emphasizing the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for healthy change. I utilize cognitive-behavioral approaches to address negative/fear-based thinking that gets in the way of people living the life they want to live.

Hobbies:

My personal interest/hobbies include: musicals, crafts, researching advances in mental health care, and spending time with my husband and two daughters.
