Clinical Interests:
I work with adolescents and adults navigating a variety of emotional and personal challenges. I have experience supporting individuals impacted by complex family dynamics, including substance use, criminal justice involvement, and histories of abuse.
Clinical Approach:
I strive to create a supportive, inclusive space where we can work through difficult moments in the healing process together, bringing in humor and laughter when it feels right. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, drawing from different therapeutic methods to support each individual’s unique needs.
Hobbies:
Some of my hobbies include spending time with family, watching a new series, or cooking. In the summer, you will find me coming out of hibernation and enjoying the outdoors!
