More About Addison Filus
Clinical Interests:
I have primarily worked with justice-involved adults, providing Intensive Outpatient treatment to help them navigate substance use disorders and community re-entry. I am passionate about working with clients from all backgrounds and strive to provide culturally competent, inclusive care. As a provider, my goal is to offer compassionate, individualized support that empowers each client to create meaningful and lasting change.
Clinical Approach:
I am grounded in a person-centered, strengths-based approach that emphasizes client autonomy and empowerment. I believe recovery is not a one-size-fits-all process and am committed to meeting clients where they are—whether in the early stages of change or pursuing long-term recovery goals.
Hobbies:
When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me surrounded by family and friends, soaking up live music, cheering at sporting events, or exploring the outdoors. I’m always eager to try new things as I believe that stepping outside my comfort zone is the best way to grow—and have a little fun along the way.
