More About Adrianna Black
Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with kids and teens, helping them build skills, process emotions, and feel more confident in themselves. I’m especially interested in supporting neurodivergent clients and those dealing with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, or social challenges. I use a mix of CBT, DBT, play therapy, and narrative therapy, depending on what fits best for each individual. I love using creative and relationship-based approaches that help young people feel seen, supported, and empowered as they work toward their goals. I also believe in partnering with families throughout the therapy process—supporting caregivers as they navigate challenges and build stronger connections with their children.
Hobbies:
I enjoy visiting coffee shops, thrift stores, spending time with family and friends, and playing with my dogs! If it is sunny outside, you will find me hiking or reading in a cozy spot. I love traveling and visiting new places.
