Clinical Interests:
Outpatient psychiatric medication management. I have a special interest perinatal mental health and trauma.
Clinical Approach:
I believe that for treatment to be effective, patients need to be a partner in their healthcare. While medication may be warranted it is just one of the many tools used to treat mental health concerns.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, which usually includes something related to hockey. I also like spending time outdoors, gardening, going for bike rides, and camping. Many years ago, I went to culinary school, so I also enjoy baking and cooking.
