Clinical Approach:
I use a skills-based, trauma-informed framework that emphasizes safety, empowerment, and collaboration. My work integrates DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and psychoeducation to help clients build practical tools for daily life and reshape unhelpful patterns. I have extensive experience in crisis stabilization and supporting individuals with SPMI across outpatient, residential, and high-acuity settings.
In relational work, I support couples and families in strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and navigating complex emotional and systemic dynamics. Across all settings, I aim to create a grounded, non-judgmental environment where clients feel understood, respected, and supported in meaningful change.
Hobbies:
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy reading, listening to music, weightlifting, and exploring the outdoors. These activities help me stay grounded, energized, and connected to the world around me.
