Clinical Interests:

My passion lies in providing comprehensive care to individuals of all ages who have experienced life challenges, including trauma and loss. through specialized training and experience, I offer a compassionate and evidence-based approach to healing emotional wounds and restoring well-being. My clinical interests encompass a range of issues including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), childhood trauma, attachment disruptions, domestic violence, sexual assault, medical trauma, and grief/loss.

Clinical Approach:

I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where people can explore their experiences, develop coping strategies, and embark on a journey toward resilience and empowerment. By integrating various therapeutic modalities tailored to each individual’s unique needs, I strive to facilitate healing, foster growth, and promote positive change in the lives of those I support through the therapy process.

Hobbies:

I am a person who loves a full calendar of activities, social engagements, charity events, and volunteering. I am involved in community theater, both on stage and behind the scenes, and I participate in a number of fund-raising efforts for local and international nonprofits. I enjoy all things outdoors, including camping, hiking, horsemanship, and cycling. I intentionally carve out time for yoga, dance, and connecting with friends and family. I am a ‘Jill of all Trades’ when it comes to DIY, and I thoroughly enjoy renovation projects. If I’m not on the go, I’m snuggled on my couch watching Netflix.
