Andrea is a kind, empathetic, and humorous therapist who is passionate about helping clients reach their personal goals and become the best versions of themselves. Andrea predominantly utilizes a Rogerian, or person-centered, approach emphasizing the significance and influence of the therapeutic relationship throughout the client’s course of treatment.
Andrea also incorporates CBT-based, DBT-based and other similar techniques/exercises when appropriate. Andrea offers services in both English and Spanish. She understands the importance of multiculturalism and acknowledges the social systems that impact clients’ lives outside of counseling.
Hobbies:
During her free time, Andrea enjoys spending time watching movies, crafting and playing with her cats :)
