Clinical Interests:
I have enjoyed working with elementary aged children and families, empowering them to identify strengths in themselves, areas of growth, and coping skills to utilize along the way. I am excited to collaborate with both clients of adolescences and adults to navigate life’s vast circumstances. Some of my clinical interests include working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, stress, life transitions, and family dynamic concerns.
Clinical Approach:
I believe the most inspiring approaches are the ones that utilize the strengths of collaboration, knowledge, client-centeredness, gentleness, empowerment, and researched informed practices. My goal with every client is to meet them where they are at, listen, hold, and engage with their story while finding practical ways to renew their body and mind in accordance with their values and identities.
Hobbies:
In my free time you can find me golfing, walking outside with a good audiobook, being on the water, painting, curating a good playlist, and being with my friends and family.
