Clinical Interests:

Trauma-informed care, child welfare and family systems, anxiety and depression, adjustment and life transitions, stress management, emotional regulation, and supporting individuals and families in building healthy coping skills and resilience.

Clinical Approach:

I use a strengths-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach. I focus on building trust, meeting clients where they are, and collaborating to set realistic and meaningful goals. My work integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral strategies, psychoeducation, and solution-focused techniques while remaining culturally responsive and respectful of each client’s lived experience.

Hobbies:

Reading, listening to music and new recipes.
