Clinical Interests:
As a doctoral intern, I work with individuals across the lifespan through therapy and psychological assessment. My clinical interests include mood disorders, neurodevelopmental and cognitive conditions, eating disorders, and diagnostic clarification through psychological testing.
Clinical Approach:
My approach is primarily based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), complemented by DBT skills and mindfulness-based techniques. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients in a way that supports their individual needs and fosters therapeutic engagement.
Hobbies:
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, drinking coffee, exploring new series, meditating, and cooking.
