More About Bella Kraska Martin

Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and couples, and I value supporting clients through both individual and relational challenges. I work with a wide range of concerns and diagnoses, and I believe in meeting clients where they are in their journey. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel empowered to work toward meaningful and lasting change.

Clinical Approach:

I take a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy and integrate CBT and DBT strategies when helpful to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my two dogs and my family, camping, mountain biking, reading, and baking.
