Clinical Interests:
Over the years, I have worked with children and adults. I am also interested in working with families, young adults, and couples. I have experience working with clients who are struggling with their mental health and well-being. I will see clients with a range of concerns and may or may not have a formal diagnosis for comorbidities. I have had experience with stress, anxiety, mood disorders, severe and persistent mental illness, as well as other concerns.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach is eclectic, mixed, combining empathic attunement, motivational interviewing, behavioral activation, and CBT and DBT tenets with clients, couples, and their family systems to provide the utmost patient-centered care.
Hobbies:
I enjoy outdoor activities, including hiking, walking, and reading. I also love spending quality time with my children.
