More About Ben Bigalke
Clinical Interests:
I focus in working with individuals ages 16+ struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Clinical Approach:
When working with individuals, I utilize a blend of Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills, and Narrative Therapy. I have a firm believe that everyone is a unique individual, and as such treatment needs to be just as individualized to find the best results and outcomes for everyone I work with. I also focus on the importance of the therapeutic relationship, and strive to create an honest, warm, and non-judgmental environment.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I enjoy expressing creativity through telling stories via TTRPGs, such as Dungeons and Dragons, as well as building with Lego. I also enjoy watching TV and movies, (comedies, Star Wars/Trek, Lord of the Rings, just to name a few), and playing videogames. I also love to cook and learn new ways to cook, and figuring out how to manage a garden.
