More About Brandee Farrell

Clinical Interests:

I provide outpatient therapy services to both adolescents ages 14 & up, and adults. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma & PTSD, grief/loss, self-esteem, social anxiety, stress management, guilt & shame, college & student issues, Christian counseling, caregiver stress, life transitions, adjustment disorders, and relational issues.

Clinical Approach:

I believe that building a strong trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective therapeutic work, and I am committed to creating a safe, confidential space where you can explore your concerns and strengths. Whether you’re taking the first step or returning for a refresh, therapy can be a courageous act of embracing life, and I am here to support you wherever you are in your journey.

Together, we will identify your goals and explore approaches that are effective and meaningful to you. I often incorporate evidence based methods such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, mindfulness, and integrative techniques that foster self-awareness, change, and a sense of safety.

More than anything, my priority is to work with you in a way that respects who you are and meets your individual needs, helping you navigate challenges and discover new possibilities.

Hobbies:

My personal interest/hobbies include: attending drama productions & musicals, kayaking, downhill skiing, volunteering at church, walking, listening to Christian music, thrifting, and spending time with my husband and three teenage & young adult children.
