Christina is dual licensed as an LICSW in both MN and the territory of Puerto Rico with experience providing mental health services in both English and Spanish to individuals, families, and groups. Native to MN, Christina has lived in Puerto Rico, Spain, and the UK where her passion for supporting diverse communities has flourished. She has over a decade of experience working in various settings with adults and families experiencing domestic violence, substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health disorders, child protective services and legal interventions.
Therapy can be intense, so Christina believes it is important to have fun. She views herself as an empath who practices with compassion to meet people where they are at.
Christina is an animal lover. Her dog is a “sato” rescued from Puerto Rico whose primary language is Spanish and he enjoys long walks on the beach.
