Christine is solution-focused and goal-oriented and believes a strong connection is critical to therapy. The therapeutic relationship is built on trust and authenticity. She knows life is not always rainbows and unicorns (but wouldn’t that be amazing!) and understands making changes in life can be hard but you don’t need to do it alone. She is passionate about helping people connect their thoughts, feelings and behaviors and diving into the internal drive and motivation to explore change opportunities. She has extensive experience working with clients who identify as LGBT+ , adolescents and young adults, parenting issues, families, and individuals with disordered eating and alcohol and drug abuse concerns.
