Clinical Interests:

I provide therapy for ages 6-35. My areas of specialty include working with those who experience anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and other mental health challenges. I also enjoy working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community.

Clinical Approach:

I aim to create a supportive and comforting environment, where we can process, learn, grow and laugh together. I use a collaborative approach, while focusing on person-centered therapy and adjusting to fit the needs of each individual.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my fiancée, our fur children and my family! I love to watch sitcoms, play video games/board games, and watch live streams of storm chasing (my other dream job!).
