Clinical Interests:
My mission is to nurture authentic relationships through integrity, compassion, and empathy, that empowers individuals to take ownership of their mental well-being and create the positive change they seek in their lives.
Clinical Approach:
I have an ecletic therapy style and use different therapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), attachment therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, person-centered, art therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, strength-based approach, and other therapy models to collaborate with individuals to find what best works for them and their needs.
Hobbies:
Hobbies that I enjoy are going for hikes or just being outdoors sitting listening to the birds sing with a cup of coffee/tea, bonfires, being a plant mom, going to different coffee shops with friends, playing a variety of games (cards, boards-games, and yard-games), and trying different foods.
