Clinical Interests:
I have mainly worked with children and adults with developmental disabilities; I have worked with young adults who are struggling with their mental health. I have a strong clinical interest in working with individuals experiencing a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. I am particularly passionate about supporting clients in developing emotional resilience and coping strategies.
Clinical Approach:
I believe that meaningful therapeutic work can only happen in a space where clients feel genuinely safe, respected, and free from judgment. My clinical approach is warm, approachable, and collaborative. I strive to meet each person where they are, tailoring my methods to fit their individual needs while fostering a strong therapeutic alliance built on trust, compassion, and curiosity.
Hobbies:
My hobbies include, but are not limited to, reading, spending time with my family, relaxing with my friends and spending time with my animals. I enjoy taking and teaching yoga, especially when the weather starts to cool down in the fall. I love to find new music as well as enjoy some of my old favorite songs and artists. I enjoy going for walks on a warm sunny day as well as spending time with all animals.
