More About Dhionis Tartari
Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include working with individuals across the lifespan who are navigating anxiety, depression, imposterism, and major life transitions. I am particularly drawn to helping clients build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and challenge self-defeating belief patterns. I also have a strong interest in multicultural and identity-related issues, and I value providing a therapeutic space that honors clients’ cultural and personal experiences.
Clinical Approach:
My approach integrates Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions. I view therapy as a collaborative process that empowers clients to recognize the connection between their beliefs, emotions, and behaviors. I also incorporate relational and strengths-based perspectives to help clients foster resilience and self-acceptance while achieving meaningful personal growth.
Hobbies:
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, traveling together, exploring new places, and hiking outdoors. I also enjoy relaxing with video games, which I find both fun and creatively engaging. These activities help me maintain balance and perspective, allowing me to bring energy and focus to my work with clients.
