More About Drew Troller-Renfree
Clinical Interests:
Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Life Transitions, Persistent Mental Health Challenges, Individual Counseling, Couples Counseling, Children ages 10 and up.
Clinical Approach:
I see each person as a unique individual, and I strive to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll explore your experiences and work collaboratively to find a path forward that feels meaningful and manageable for you. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches—including mindfulness, somatic practices, CBT, and DBT—and tailor our work to fit your needs and goals. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered in your healing journey.
Hobbies:
I believe that taking care of ourselves is essential to overall well-being. For me, self-care often looks like staying curious by learning about history or playing guitar, being active through running and hiking, and nourishing myself and others by cooking a good meal.
