Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach is rooted in trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered care. I utilize evidence-based interventions such as Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in addressing substance use, co-occurring disorders, and the impacts of trauma. Drawing from a family systems perspective and harm reduction framework, I aim to foster a collaborative therapeutic environment that promotes emotional safety, self-efficacy, and long-term recovery.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my pets, fostering animals, exploring nature, and staying active through walking and outdoor activities. I also value quiet moments spent reading, listening to music, and connecting with friends and family.
