Emelda Yufanyi

Emelda Yufanyi, PMHNP, is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides care to patients across the lifespan with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. With a strong nursing foundation that dates back to 2011, and includes 10 years of work with the veteran population, she brings experience, compassion and advocacy to her practice.

Her approach is grounded in evidence-based, patient-centered care, where current research directs treatment while empathy and compassion guide the therapeutic relationship. Her goal is holistic care that directs the patient toward self-actualization. Her practice includes the patient in their treatment planning, empowering them to take an active role in their journey toward improved mental health and overall well-being.
