Emma is a compassionate therapist who believes in meeting her clients where they are and providing a safe space for them to share what’s going on in their lives. She brings empathy, acceptance, honesty, and genuineness to her work, reminding clients that she’s human too!

Her counseling approach emphasizes building awareness of how past experiences shape her client’s current thoughts, emotions, physical responses, and behavior. Using insight-oriented and value-focused techniques, she follows alongside her clients to act as a guide, offering direction while honoring that each person is the expert of their own life. Emma values the importance of connection and focuses on helping clients build healthy communication and boundaries in their relationships.

Emma views her counseling approach as flexible. She recognizes that all people are unique and have differing needs. She enjoys helping clients highlight their strengths, process emotions, celebrate growth, and develop mindfulness.

Outside of work, she loves playing pickleball, playing the flute, going on walks, and spending time with family and friends!
