I am bilingual in Spanish and I have a therapy dog, Harley, who can be in sessions if you choose.
Clinical Approach:
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, pulling from multiple modalities to best meet clients’ needs. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative experience between the therapist and the client. In therapy, the most significant driver of change and healing is the relationship you establish with your therapist. I foster authentic relationships with clients to ensure they feel comfortable and can make meaningful progress toward their goals. I also recognizes the power of knowledge and utilize it to empower my clients whenever possible and appropriate.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I enjoy attending sporting events, visiting the dog park with my Pitbull mix named Harley, thrifting, getting tattoos, streaming movies and TV shows, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. I am also passionate about social justice and advocacy work.
