Clinical Interests:
I look forward to working with clients who want support navigating difficult periods in their lives; whether that be grief, relationships, life transitions, anxiety or depression.
Clinical Approach:
I use a casual and non-judgmental approach to building the therapeutic alliance. My goal is to help clients realize the tools and strengths they already possess – as well as ones we can discover together – in order to reach their own goals.
Hobbies:
I love soccer, golf, and tabletop games. I am a life-long Iowa Hawkeye and Arsenal football club fan. I have also done charity appearances costumed as Darth Vader!
