Clinical Interests:
I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric care to individuals across the lifespan. My clinical interests include the evaluation and treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and stressor related conditions, and complex psychosocial presentations. I have experience working with individuals from underserved and multicultural communities and bring a strong foundation in trauma informed and developmentally sensitive care. I am committed to compassionate, evidence based, and collaborative care tailored to each patient’s unique needs and life circumstances.

I practice from a patient centered, trauma informed framework that emphasizes thoughtful diagnostic assessment, evidence based treatment, and collaborative decision making. I prioritize clear communication, individualized medication management, and careful consideration of the medical, psychological, and social factors that influence mental health. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and partnership, with the goal of supporting symptom relief, functional improvement, and long term stability.
Hobbies:
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and caring for my home. I also enjoy time with my French bulldog and value balance and personal well-being, which I believe support thoughtful, compassionate clinical care.
