Clinical Approach:
I want to ensure everyone feels comfortable, safe, and empowered in our therapeutic relationship. I utilize Adlerian and Person-Centered approaches to assist clients with achieving their goals and feel a stronger sense of belongingness. I also incorporate mindfulness techniques to help my clients build a stronger awareness of their thoughts and perceptions.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, sports, exercising, board/card games, meeting new people, and spending time outdoors when the weather is warm.
