Hilary is an animated therapist that specializes in working alongside families, children and adult clients. Hilary believes in building authentic connections with clients through empathy, listening, and trust. Supporting people find their ‘flex’ in deepening belief in themselves as a whole person or unit, is the anchor of therapy

Prior to Ellie, Hilary has spent the last 8 years working in public schools with a passion for community healing and social justice with a restorative lens in rural and urban settings. Hilary navigates and develops close bond with diverse family systems with life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, attachment, depression, self harm and suicidal ideation. Hilary will support you every step of the way as you embark upon your therapy journey. She practices Acceptance and Commitment Therapy infused with a sense of warmth and safety in a supportive space for the tenderness of being vulnerable – which also includes a lot of humor in sessions!

Hilary’s life experience includes but is not limited to adopting houseplants, thrifting, hiking, paddle boarding in the lakes, remote camping as well glamping (slightly fancier version of camping), selectively seeing live music with my closest peeps!
