Clinical Interests:

I work with individuals who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I provide a safe space to explore clients past and present to support and guide clients to live their lives to align with what they want and need. I focus on stress management and coping to help clients feel grounded in their work with me. I have interest in working within the BIPOC community to provide culturally sensitive therapy.

Clinical Approach:

I utilize Brainspotting, CBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, and Attachment Based.

Hobbies:

I enjoy going on walks with my dog Nova and playing with her. Spending time with my friends and family. Summer is my favorite season because I can go paddle boarding and swimming. I also enjoy reading and watching reality TV and documentaries.
