I have experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, down syndrome, and autism spectrum disorder.
Clinical Approach:
I use a hands-on approach with all clients I work with. I encourage clients to make progress by completing at least one goal per session, no matter how small. I provide support by breaking down goals into small, tangible steps. believe each individual is the expert of their own life and promote autonomy when creating these goals.
Hobbies:
