Clinical Interests:
I provide therapy for adults of all ages. My clinical interests include supporting individuals through life transitions, identity development, and relational challenges. I am particularly drawn to helping clients build self-compassion, strengthen emotional awareness, and cultivate meaningful connections in their lives. I value creating a safe environment that allows clients to reach their goals.
Hobbies:
I enjoy walking, hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family (and my dog!).
