Clinical Approach:

Through play and creative expression, children are able to communicate their thoughts and feelings in ways that feel natural and comfortable. Attachment-based work supports healthy relationships and emotional security, while CBT techniques help children develop coping skills, emotional regulation, and positive thinking patterns.
