Clinical Interests:
Anxiety, ADHD, Autism and Neurodivergence, Adjustment and Attachment concerns, emotional and behavioral disorders, life transitions, family changes and conflicts.
Clinical Approach:
Play-based therapy, attachment-based approaches, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to meet each child where they are. Through play and creative expression, children are able to communicate their thoughts and feelings in ways that feel natural and comfortable. Attachment-based work supports healthy relationships and emotional security, while CBT techniques help children develop coping skills, emotional regulation, and positive thinking patterns.
Hobbies:
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking and baking, listening to music, and spending as much time outside as I can before the cold hits. I am a Swiftie and I love dogs.
