More About Jennifer Hoffmann
Clinical Interests:
The world can feel so heavy and overwhelming. If this is true for you, we can work through it together. I have over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with anxiety and social anxiety, depression, learning differences and neurodivergences, ADD and ADHD, mood disorders, anger, grief and loss, conduct and adjustment disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and identity exploration within the LGBTQIA+ community.
Clinical Approach:
I take a holistic approach to treating the multifaceted individual. Through thoughtful conversation and active listening, I connect with people and help highlight the strengths within. I use goal setting, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy techniques as guides to co-create the therapeutic experience with you. I take a trauma-informed and person-centered approach to build a strong relationship as the foundation of our work together. I can’t wait to talk with you on your journey!
Hobbies:
I love long distance running, having completed my first marathon in the spring of 2025. I also enjoy baking and cooking with my husband Sam. I spend lots of time with my family and love playing outside with my dogs, Gus and Sonny.
