My clinical approach is personal-centered holistic and humanistic, with an Adlerian influence. I use techniques such as CBT, art therapy, DBT, relational and integrate other approaches customized to support the clients goals.

I value collaboration, providing a safe space where individuals feel heard and understood, and work together to achieve progress. Informed by design studies and creativity, my approach considers the correlation between lived human experience and the therapeutic alliance to guide our time.

Hobbies:

Hobbies include reading, cooking, art, gardening, writing, spending time with others, talking & drinking coffee, and being a life-long learner.
