Johanna values providing a safe place of no judgement and focusing on strengths in order for clients to tell their stories and find healing and tools for being their best selves.
Johanna works with ages 6 to 70, both individuals and couples/families. The approaches she uses with clients are: Person-Centered, Narrative, Gottman Method, Mindfulness, Somatic, and Strategic Family therapies.
Johanna earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work through the joint program of University of St. Thomas/College of St. Catherine and is working towards her licensure to become an LCSW and is close to completion. In her free time she enjoys family, nature, and art.
