Clinical Interests:

My clinical interests as a Psychiatric provider is the focus on the mental health care of adults, including treatment of trauma-related disorders, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorders, and psychotic disorders.

Clinical Approach:

I take an integrative approach to mental health care, viewing mental health as whole health. While medication can be an important tool, I believe effective care often includes more than prescriptions alone. I work with patients to support healthy relationships, meaningful activity, and practical self-care strategies as part of a balanced, whole-person approach to mental health.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time outdoors through hunting and fishing, as well as cooking and trying new foods. I also like traveling and exploring new places, and to read and write in my free time.
