Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, but have special interests in working with people experiencing PTSD, complex trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also enjoy working with individuals and families who are wanting to process generational trauma and improve family functioning and relationships.
Clinical Approach:
I work from a person-centered approach with the goal of getting to know what is important to you and what interventions will be effective for each individual.
Hobbies:
I find joy and relaxation in reading fiction and thrillers, spending time on the water, playing piano, camping and hiking at Minnesota State parks, baking and cooking, and spending time with my pets.
