More About Kaylie Olson
Clinical Interests:
I specialize in working with children, pre-teens, and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also have experience and interest working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. I currently have my LADC and have experience working with substance use disorders and how that can impact individuals and family systems.
Clinical Approach:
As a warm person-centered therapist, I integrate evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness practices to help clients develop coping skills, manage symptoms, and cultivate resilience.
Hobbies:
In my free time I enjoy reading. I am a huge bookworm. I also love playing softball and volleyball and continue to play in leagues competitively with my friends.
