Clinical Interests:
Interested in all things therapy, all things that have to do with helping people I’m interested. I love kids, I would love to work with kids and help them as best I can. I did outpatient therapy for my internship and I adored the work I accomplished. I enjoyed helping my clients and getting to build rapport with people and learn new skills together.
Clinical Approach:
Very into the mindfulness approach when it comes to therapy, however I feel I will have a different interest when I start working with children. Maybe play therapy can be a clinical approach that I enjoy. I’m interested in learning new approaches!!
Hobbies:
I love anything active, things like hiking and exploring, swimming and just being on the lake, playing sports like sand volleyball and spikeball, even lifting weights is an enjoyment. I enjoy puzzles and any games whether its online games, board games or card games.
