Clinical Approach:
I take a lifelong, developmental approach to problems. Different problems show up differently at different ages and I try to consider the person’s tasks for their age, their present skills and successes and strengths, and I ask them what they want. I predominantly draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for working on most distress-based issues, and a more narrative approach for exploratory requests.
Hobbies:
We have 2 Huskies who provide the right amount of drama in my life. I play guitar, ride motorcycle and I enjoy homebody things.
