Clinical Interests:
Kristen is a down to earth, gentle, kind and compassionate therapist and leader who uses loads of humor in her practice. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Board Approved Supervisor and Clinical Operations Director, Kristen comes to Ellie with experience ranging between in home and inpatient care. Kristen’s ideal client is someone interested in exploring their past, how their upbringing creates patterns in life and how they can best learn to navigate the difficulties in life. Kristen sees clients ages 14 and up with special experience in the aging population, LGBTQIA2S+ folx, and anyone who’s experienced trauma. She’s been told time in session feels safe, warm and like a safe place to land when the rest of the world feels overwhelming.
When not at work Kristen loves to collect plants, spend time in the garden, visit new breweries and restaurants, and most importantly spend time with her wife and daughter.
