Clinical Interests:

Laurel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She meets every client where they are in their own process. She wants to meet you on that journey and guide you through the healing process. It is important for her to be open, authentic, and personable to connect and build a trusting and healthy relationship with her clients for them to develop a safe space to explore what brings them to therapy. She believes in fostering a strong therapeutic relationship thought humor and empathy.

For the past 8 years Laurel has mainly work with teenagers, however she has experience working with adults, couples and families as well. Her understanding of mental health facilitates positive outcomes when working with issues such as: depression, anxiety, stress, life changes/transitions, relational issues, and peer issues.

She invites you to reach out so you can determine if she would be a good fit for you on your journey. She hopes to create a safe and supportive environment where her clients and their families can use and grow. Clients of all genders, sexual orientations, races, and ethnicity are welcome.

Outside of work Laurel enjoys going on hikes, reading a good thriller book, and working on home projects.
