Clinical Interests:
I am interested in providing outpatient therapy to individuals of all ages. Specifically, ADHD, PTSD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. My past work primarily specialized in working with children and young adults. I spent over a year providing ABA therapy to young children with Autism. Additionally, I have worked for a year in the ARMHS and CTSS programs at Sagent.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach is person-centered and trauma-informed. I believe that meaningful client change happens within a safe, collaborative, and open environment. It is important that my clients feel heard and empowered in their treatment process. I focus on building trust, validating emotional experiences, and supporting client development through authenticity.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, working out, traveling, and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings, SKOL!
