More About Lindsay Hanenburg
Clinical Interests:
I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families of all backgrounds. I enjoy helping individuals navigate a wide range of concerns, from everyday stressors and life transitions to more complex emotional and relational challenges. I believe that no problem is too big or too small to bring into the therapy space, and I strive to provide a responsive and affirming environment where people feel heard, validated, and empowered to work through whatever they are facing.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach aims to create a safe and empowering space where clients can build on their strengths and move toward meaningful, sustainable growth. I view therapy as a collaborative process, tailoring interventions to meet each person’s unique needs, values, and goals—recognizing that healing is not a one size fits all journey.
Hobbies:
In my free time I enjoy reading, being outdoors, binge watching reality TV, and playing with my dog, Groot.
