Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, struggle with anger management, or face challenges in their relationships. I also work with clients navigating multiracial identity issues, anxiety, academic pressures, and difficulties with emotion regulation, boundaries, and communication.
Clinical Approach:
My style is direct and grounded. I don’t sugarcoat, I don’t stay on the surface. If you’re coming to therapy, I believe you deserve to get to the root of what’s going on-even when it’s uncomfortable. This is a space for honesty, growth and change. I take your life seriously-because it is.

Baking, listening to audio books, spending time outside (when MO weather permits)
