Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, co-occurring substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and other behavioral health concerns.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach is rooted in trauma-informed, person-centered care. I use a strengths-based approach, motivational interviewing, community integration, and resource navigation to empower clients, build practical skills, and support independence, wellness, and recovery. I believe in meeting clients where they are, promoting a supportive and nonjudgmental environment, and helping individuals overcome barriers and achieve personal goals.
Hobbies:
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and pets, as well as exploring the outdoors through camping, fishing, and paddle boarding. I love art and craft projects, relaxing with a good book or documentary, and playing bingo. I value self-care and making time for the things that help me recharge, stay connected, and maintain balance in my life.
