More About Mackenna Sullivan

Clinical Interests:

Mackenna is a social worker by background and believes in teaching the people she works with tools to succeed and thrive in their everyday lives. She approaches her work by tailoring goals and successes to the things that matter to the person seeking out therapy. She takes a creative and fresh approach to each individual and family system. She believes in you having a say and control of the therapy that you receive.

Mackenna is open to providing mental health services to many different types of people, but her passion is working with children, adolescents, young adults, families, LGBTQIA+ and those who are Neurodivergent. She has experience bringing unique approaches to meet people where they are at. Mackenna likes to utilize tools from CBT, narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, family systems and many more. She does not tend to stick to one approach and strives to find the right fit for the person that she is working with.

When Mackenna is not working, she loves to try new food, travel, be artistic, play card games and spend time with her dog.
