Clinical Approach:
My approach comes through a trauma-informed lens which allows me to see each person with compassion, autonomy and respect. My hope is that they leave each session gradually believing that they are worthwhile, can do the work, and have the ability to heal in this world. I have been trained in many different modalities and value the path the client believes is best for them in their healing journey.
Hobbies:
I am a mother of three children and two huskies! I enjoy running, reading, and being outdoors. I love cooking for my family as well as engaging in activities out in the community.
